I am an Economist at the research department of the Bank of Italy, Regional Economic Research Division.
I am also a Research Affiliate at the AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality at Bocconi University, and a Research Affiliate at IZA Institute of Labor Economics. I received a PhD in Economics from Queen Mary University of London in 2025. My research interests cover topics in personnel economics, gender economics and labor economics. You can find my CV here. |
